are Available from 2pm on Day of Arrival.

Must Be Vacated by 10am on Day of Departure.

Rooms Must Only be Occupied by the Persons on the Booking Form.

Proprietors Reserve the Right To Cancel, Without Refund, Accommodation,
if At Any Time, Their Opinion of a Visitor is such that the Comfort and
Enjoyment of Others is Thereby Inhibited.

the Event of a Cancellation, The Deposit is Not Refundable, and if Not
Cancelled within 7 days of the Arrival Date, the Balance will be Required
in Full.

Balances are to be Paid by Cash or Cheque, but please allow 5 Working
Days for the Cheque to Clear.

Under the Age of 18 MUST NOT be left on the Premises without Adult Supervision.

Damage to THE VERDO in Any Respect whatsoever will be paid by the
Signed Responsible Person.
